Return Policy

Υοu can return any item bought without any need to disclose the reason of return, in the first 15 days from receiving your Homesie.

Returns are accepted for unused items, without the labels being cut-off, while the receipt or invoice must be included.

For proceeding with a return, please send us an email at info@homesies.gror call us at +30 210 6831830, mentioning the order code and the method of reimbursement you desire.

To make it easy for you, we will arrange for a courier pick-up of the Homesie from your desired address (or bring you the new one in case of requested change).

In case you want to return it on your own, the return address is Homesies, Amarousiou-Chalandriou 87, 15233, Chalandri, Greece.

You will be reimbursed in 7-10 upon receipt of the returned products. Reimbursement will take place depending on the selected payment method:
i) credit card/PayPal refund or ii) bank deposit in a provided bank account in case of cash payment.

Changing a Homesie

Υοu can change any item bought in the first 15 days from receiving your Homesie.

For proceeding with an exchange, please send us an email at info@homesies.gr or call us at +30 210 6831830, mentioning the order code, the reason of change (ie wrong size) and the product you desire to receive.

To make it easy for you, we will arrange for a courier pick-up of the Homesie from your desired address and bring the new one to you.

Please notice:

Changes due to wrong sizing, can be done in the same product only if the size you desire it’s available. So please notice in our website if the product is in stock at the size you desire.

If the price of the between the returned and new product differs you shall pay or receive the difference upon receipt to our courier representative.
